Adrian Grenier was spotted taking a break from filming the fifth season of Entourage in Los Angeles at the El Rey theater. Grenier was wearing a fitted baby blue heathered ringer t-shirt with an image of the erupting Mt. St. Helens. The t-shirt has the funny phrase “It’s time to haul ash!, Mt. St. Helens, Washington.
